Hello again and welcome to a photo tour of my favorite condos at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club. Please take time to look at each one and make sure you get the location, view or price that you're looking for. The rates quoted include all applicable taxes so you don't need a calculator to figure your total costs. Just add a $65 cleaning fee and you have your total. The rate varies depending on whether the week is a holiday or "Tybee event week" or whether the daily reservations includes the weekend or only weekdays. Tybee is a wonderful place to play. All condos are one bedroom, one bath and are approximately 550 square feet. Sleeping accommodations vary with each condo. Each kitchen has a full refrigerator, apartment size stove and dishwasher. Each owner provides a private cleaning and laundry service to ensure you have fresh linens and a very clean vacation home. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located at the north end of each floor except for the third floor of Building B. It will be my pleasure to reserve your vacation home. BRAND NEW TO OUR FAMILY OF OWNERS !!! FOOTPRINTS .... in the SAND ! This beautiful 3rd floor beachfront condo is the new vacation home of Steve and Donna Boling. Steve and Donna have been guests at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club and have stayed in a couple of the condos featured on this site. They've patiently watched and waited until their perfect condo hit the market .... and it finally did.
These photos were taken from the deck. If you're interested in the interior of the condo, please keep looking.... The living room has a LazyBoy sleeper sofa with the aero mattress top that inflates so, even our guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa are very comfortable. You'll enjoy the 32 inch television with DVDs.
The kitchen is nicely equipped and well organized so you'll have all the appliances you need to make great meals in the condo to enjoy on the deck while watching the dolphin play and the boats pass by. This condo is bright and cheerful, fresh and updated.

The Dancing Dolphin
Patti invites you to enjoy her little piece of Tybee. The Dancing Dolphin is a first floor beachfront in B building. This condo, not only has a wonderful view of the beach and river, but is so conveniently located you won't mind unloading the car. You don't have stairs, long hallways or an elevator. Just park on the northwest side of the building and this condo is the second door in the breezeway. Located on the west end of the breezeway takes you away from the foot traffic to and from the big pool and the dune walk. You have easy access to the dune walks on both sides of the building. Nice tall deck chairs make watching the watercraft and sea life quite easy. Relax on the deck and watch the dolphin play while cooking dinner on the electric grill.
With the Lazy Boy sofa bed. The Dancing Dolphin sleeps 4. You'll sleep great on the new pillow top mattresses and find the sofabed isn't bad either, with a foam topper. Super soft linens will complete your comfortable sleeping accommodations.... almost as good as home. The window wall to the breezeway has been closed off and the exterior bedroom wall soundproofed to minimize outside noise.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with dishwasher and disposal. You'll find plenty of dishes, bake ware and cookware. A George Foreman grill, crock pot, waffle iron and even a smoothie maker are provided for you.

"SUN KISSED" "SUN KISSED" is an outstanding honeymoon home or vacation getaway for a couple !! This beautiful 2nd floor beachfront condo is located on the northeast corner, giving you a wonderful water view to the east, west and north.
This condo has been beautifully decorated to appeal to anyone wanting to simply relax and enjoy the beach. It's a great place for a memorable honeymoon or just a beach getaway. You will be spoiled in this beauty.
The living and kitchen area is bright and affords you a beautiful water view from the minute you walk in the door. The living room has a comfy queen sleeper. You'll enjoy the 32 inch TV/DVD combo. We don't necessarily expect you to spend your vacation cooking ... but, if you must, you have all the conveniences of home.
The bedroom has a very comfortable KING bed with excellent quality linens and bedding. There is plenty of closet and drawer space for your personal belongings. A 17 inch wall-mount TV is provided your enjoyment.
What could be better after a day on the beach than a shower in this extraordinary bathroom? This beautiful bathroom has pretty Euro fixtures and a amazing walk-in shower with Greystone tile and a built-in bench. A wonderful rainfall shower, hand-held shower arm and FOUR body sprayers will provide a perfect beginning or end to your day.... or both !

SHIPS WATCH You will feel at home in this vacation home of Gary and Bunnie Greenhut. They have spared no effort in providing all the comforts and amenities that make a vacation home comfortable. A stacking washer and dryer is in the bathroom. In addition to the appliances stated, this home also includes a disposal.
The bedroom is open and has a large closet to provide additional storage area. This condo sleeps four with a queen bed and queen sleeper in the living room.
The Ships Watch will provide you with the ability to "people watch" like you've never had before. The condo deck overlooks the upper pool deck, the pool and has a nice water view beyond the pool. You can sit on your deck and see ( and hear ) everything that goes on. It does get interesting !

those nice tall deck chairs that allow you to prop your feet up and
watch what's going on without straining your neck.
The mornings are, especially, nice from the Ships Watch deck. Trust me ! Your coffee will taste real good sitting here watching an early morning ship or just waiting for the sun to rise.

LAZY DAZE If you're truly lazy or just plan to be lazy while on vacation, this might be the one for you. This second floor corner beachfront has everything you'll need to justify LAZY. Because it's on the northwest corner of Building A, LAZY DAZE is right beside the pool and dune walk to the beach. Just one flight of stairs and you're at the door to this wonderful condo. Of course, the elevator is available at the south end of the building for those who prefer.
Annie and Terry Mulkey invite you to spend your vacation in their vacation paradise. Annie says that you can hear the dolphin "blow" late at night when it's real quiet. Making the decision to share their special place with you did not come easy for Annie and Terry, ...so your enjoyment of LAZY DAZE is important to them. With a
queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room,
you can comfortably sleep 4.
The new kitchen is beautiful and nicely organized for easy meal prep... if you plan to eat in. Side windows in the kitchens are very rare at SBRC and will provide a view you will appreciate. You can see the Georgia/South Carolina bridge from this window on a clear day! Also unique to the corner condos are windows in the bedroom. From the bedroom of Lazy Daze you can see the pool from the side, or the center parking area from the window behind the bed.

CROWSNEST IS OUR "KIDDIE CONDO" Being parents and grandparents, we all know the importance of children feeling they are welcome where they go. No child will doubt that CROWSNEST is their condo and we just let MOM and DAD come along. Mom and Dad will know it's really for them once they see the beautiful view from this third floor deck but don't tell the kids! Located on the northeast side of Building B, this condo is perfect for everyone.
Carole and Don Arpin invite you to enjoy your vacation at the beach in one of their newly remodeled beach condos. Crowsnest sleeps 6 with a queen bed, queen sleeper and 2 shipmate bunks.

HEAVENLY CORNER This beautiful condo will "WOW" you. It has the most beautiful view and will make you wish that you didn't have to go home! Also owned by Carole and Don Arpin, you will thoroughly enjoy this third floor beachfront corner condominium. You have the most beautiful view from Heavenly Corner. You will see the sunrise and set from the same seat on your deck. Sunsets are particularly beautiful from our beach.
Donald Arpin is a very
accomplished photographer. He and Carole enjoy photographing
animals and nature as they travel the world. We proudly
display Don's work in Heavenly Corner and in Crowsnest.
This condo is so bright and open. Because it's on the corner, you have the added advantage of side windows in the living room and bedroom. beyond the dunes There is no better name for
this beautiful condo ! Located on the first floor, this
beachfront beauty is nestled behind the dunes that separate the
buildings from the beach. It offers privacy to those on the
deck, while providing a beautiful beach view. You can sit and
watch the dolphin trailing behind the shrimp boats and nobody knows
you're watching. Joey Conner is happy to offer her vacation
home to you for your vacation.

Joey visits Tybee often and
enjoys decorating and adding personal touches to her condo.
Decorated in tropical prints of orange, gold and black, it's very
pleasant and comfortable.
Beautiful oak cabinets were recently installed with remodeling of this convenient kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen goodies to make meal preparation easy for you.
Home Comfort
Beyond the Dunes sleeps six
with a queen bed, queen sleeper and 2 shipmate bunks. I must
say .... This queen bed is extremely comfortable! As I
mentioned, Joey visits often so she makes sure her condo is
very comfortable.

TURTLES NEST Bob and Kathleen Finn are the newest owners in our group who enjoy sharing their Tybee get-a-away with those "less fortunate". This first floor east side condo is on the south end of Building A. It's conveniently located just inside the doors on the first floor. I like these locations that mean you don't have to haul your luggage down long hallways ! Just one short set of steps into the building and you're there.
You'll enjoy the spacious living room and comfort of this nice condo. Turtles Nest sleeps 4 with its queen bed and queen sofa bed. If you think there is no such thing as a comfortable sofa bed, think again! I'm not going to say it's as comfortable as a bed because that isn't the truth (we always tell the truth about the condos). But ... somebody probably has to sleep there and this one is pretty good !
Kathleen has done a beautiful job
decorating Turtles Nest. It' just one of those "feel good"
places when you walk through the door.
The deck of Turtles Nest overlooks a residential neighborhood to the east of Savannah Beach & Racquet Club. You will enjoy evenings and mornings sitting on the deck. If you need that beach view, just 150 feet down the hall and you're there. Nightly rate is $130 to $140 Weekly rate is $800 to $825 PAYPAL
PALM BREEZE Located on the second floor of B building you'll find Palm Breeze. Enjoy relaxing on the deck in the evenings, listening to the rustling sounds of the palms. This condo has a nice view of the pool and water view in the distance. Watching the ships, shrimp boats and barges pass the Racquet Club will be a treat for Sharon's guests.
The living room has a television with
DVD player.
You'll enjoy the additional counter and cabinet space in this kitchen. The kitchen is nicely equipped although it does not have a dishwasher.
The bedroom has a built-in dresser and vanity. There is a double closet in the hallway which makes this condo very nice for snowbirds. Palm Breeze $130 per night $800 to $825 weekly
